When her friend is almost killed, things take on a whole new meaning to Kate…
By John Irvin
After finishing up the sequel in the Kate Daniels series, I immediately ran to my local BooksAMillion bookstore and bought book three, Magic Strikes.
Knowing what to expect (by the way, that’s pure awesomeness), I started reading and found myself yanked back into the Post-Shift world of Atlanta, Georgia.
Kate and Curran are still going back and forth, but something’s developing there.
I was gripping the corners of the book as I tensely held on for the ride.
If you’ve started the Kate Daniels series, you will not want to miss out on this third installment.
If you haven’t started the Kate Daniels series, what’s wrong with you? Just teasing, but, seriously, you need to start collecting this series like I did.
Now that I’ve read all ten books, I feel like I’m experience in the Post-Shift Magic world and close friends with the heroine and hero.
You can be too.

Since I’m sharing the links with Amazon, I want to give their book description:
“When magic strikes and Atlanta goes to pieces, it’s a job for mercenary Kate Daniels in this thrilling novel in the #1 New York Times bestselling series.
Drafted into working for the Order of Merciful Aid, mercenary Kate Daniels has more paranormal problems than she knows what to do with these days. And in Atlanta, where magic comes and goes like the tide, that’s saying a lot.
But when Kate’s werewolf friend Derek is discovered nearly dead, she must confront her greatest challenge yet. As her investigation leads her to the Midnight Games—an invitation only, no holds barred, ultimate preternatural fighting tournament—she and Curran, the Lord of the Beasts, uncover a dark plot that may forever alter the face of Atlanta’s shapeshifting community…”
Do NOT miss out on the urban fantasy thriller: MAGIC STRIKES.
