When the Spirits of Wolves possess the Bodies of Humans

Check out this stirring novel about a werewolf who finds her world is not as it seems.

By John Irvin

A young adult paranormal: Nightshade: Book 1 by Andrea Cremer.

I think this trilogy was one of the few I actually bought book two first and read it before I realised there was a previous publication. It worked out okay anyways.

I enjoyed Book one as much as I did the sequel.

I mean, it has to do with my favourite paranormal creature either way, so you know I won’t mind reading backwards.

That also tells you Cremer is an amazing author since I was able to read them out of order and still enjoy them both immensely.

So, watch the video and click through the links to buy Nightshade: Book 1!

Taken from Amazon’s Description:

“Calla is the alpha female of a shape-shifting wolf pack. She is destined to marry Ren Laroche, the pack’s alpha male. Together, they would rule their pack together, guarding sacred sites for the Keepers. But then, Calla saves a beautiful human boy, who captures her heart. Calla begins to question everything – her fate, her existence, and her world and the orders the Keepers have asked her to follow. She will have to make a choice. But will she follow her heart if it means losing everything, including her own life?

Calla’s story continues in WOLFSBANE.”

Earth is a thing of the Past

A populated colony ship has been traveling space for centuries, will they ever reach their new home?

By John Irvin

This young adult science fiction will give you a few surprises: Across the Universe by Beth Revis.

I had never heard of the Across the Universe series. One day I just came across it on Amazon and thought, “Huh, I like the sound of this,” and ordered it.

Funny how many times the best books are found that way, right?

Then I read the book and, naturally, I need the rest of the trilogy. This is one of those trilogies I wish was a series, not just a trilogy. You know?

Watch the episode on YouTube and make sure you click through my links I’ve provided to order yourself a copy and begin the trek Across the Universe!

This spaceship, Godspeed, has been traveling the universe for three hundred years. Amy is seventeen years old, she was frozen as cargo with her parents in the ship to awaken on their new home planet.

But someone wakes her up prematurely.

Come to find out, there are secrets being kept and someone’s been murdered.

Who could want to keep the ship’s generational crew from reaching their destination?

It’s a race against time to stop the murderer and save the ship.

By the way, Amy was awakened fifty years too early.

I bet that makes you want to do this…

I have a Friend who is a Poet

Her poetry warms my heart, reminds me of old wounds, and shows me how I’ve grown and what I’ve learned.

By John Irvin

Today’s episode on my YouTube channel stars one of my favorite poets! Make sure you click through this link below and watch my friend, Chelsee BreAnn, as she talks about why she wrote her latest book.

Words, Poison, and Love by Chelsee BreAnn is a heartfelt work that will take you on a journey. This journey belongs to a girl who has learned to love herself and give herself the happiness she deserves.

A therapeutic read, this book brings painful subjects to the forefront.

Sometimes, I feel like the story isn’t just about the girl, but about all of us. We all have heartaches we struggle through. We all get hurt.

We sometimes live life only accepting love—if you can call it that—we think we deserve, when we truly deserve something more.

I want my readers to click through this link below and order a copy of Chelsee’s book. The poetry will bring tears to your eyes and it will also make you smile. It has mine.

The progression is invigorating as well. When you go from heartbreak to empowerment, you just know anything is possible.

So click through this below and order!

When you’ve read the book and enjoyed it, make sure to write a review on its Amazon page. We writers covet your reviews.

After you order, also, click the Follow button on her Amazon Author Page so you can stay up to date with her journey.

Taking a Break from the Book Trailers

I just want to pause and breathe for a moment and chat a little bit of what I’ve covered and what’s coming.

By John Irvin

Today’s trailer can be found through this link to my YouTube channel! Click through to watch the short little reel.

Now that I’ve reached the twenty-second book with my trailers and brief blog discussions, I want to breathe for a minute and chat with you.

It’s been a few weeks now.

I’ve covered several series and already in the middle of another.

From the StarQuest Anthology to the Magic’s Time Split series to the Longevity and Shattered series, I’ve also promoted a few stand-alones like Even When We’re Ghosts, Can’t Help Falling, and All the Reasons Why.

There are still a couple more weeks to go.

Can you believe that?

Wait, you say, a couple more weeks? I thought we were doing this for 90 days?

I’m glad you asked that question.

We are, but I only have thirty-three books to promote.

So what am I going to do after they’ve all been given their time in the spotlight, I’m turning to a few author friends who’ve been willing to work with me and share some videos of their own promoting their books.

I’ll also go back to giving some reviews on books I’ve read in the past and using that as an Amazon affiliate.

If you love everything that has to do with books, keep tuned in by signing up for my Friday newsletter and subscribing to my YouTube channel!

Don’t miss any of these goodies I’ll be sharing.

While you’re here, you can click through the GoFundMe link on my Home page and donate to the upcoming Spring 2021 Toward the Pacific Book Tour!

After a War with the Giants, our Immortals are back in the Deadlands

This dark fantasy series in my Magic-rule Timeline is coming along as our Immortals have to uncover a dark secret in the burning Deadlands.

By John Irvin

Today’s trailer can be found through this link to my YouTube channel! Click through to watch the short little reel.

Can you believe we’ve already passed the sixteenth episode in this 90-Day Author’s Assault?

Oh, but good news, you still have a lot more to see of me!

Today’s trailer and blog is about the seventh installment in my alternate-timeline, historical magic fantasy series. Things have taken a turn for the worse.

Our four Immortals rejoin Sir Iden Falconmist and his Guardian Knights of the Irish Fae on their quest to reclaim all the missing pieces of the Faerie Royal Sceptre of Life.

The next fragment is located in what used to be the South American Amazon River. Now this arid desert world called the Deadlands—because of its undead claim by the former Zombie Apocalypse—is burning to high heaven.

What’s making it burn?

There are clues during a zombie attack late in the night.

Someone or something is controlling the undead minds, giving them more tactics, and lighting the world on fire.

Can the Immortals save the world again? Can they defeat this new foe? Can they ever return home?

Make sure you click through this link to order your ebook copy of Magic’s Time Split, Book 7: The World Burns!

Welcome to the many worlds listed in my home universe centered around my website.

Zombies? Really? Why does there always have to be Zombies?

When Zombies decide to join in all the fun and threaten to ruin the continuation of the series…

By John Irvin

Today’s trailer can be found through this link to my YouTube channel! Click through to watch the short little reel.

When Jenna and Gael go on the hunt for Colin after his narrow escape from the wrath the Midnight Crow tribes, they find themselves on the jungle island of Haiti.

The natives there are not so friendly.

Taken to the island’s leader, the two Immortals discover his relations with dark magic. He’s a voodoo priest.

Before they realise, there’s a zombie apocalypse—but not after stopping by the Underworld…or is it?

Can Gael and Jenna get back in time to save the world from a global pandemic?

Will there a complete undead devastation of this new Magic-ruled timeline?

Will there be a last stand somewhere? Can humans who were originally fighting the Texas War for Independence unite and hold off the zombie advance up the Mexican peninsula?

Join Gael and Jenna as they play a role in saving the rest of the continent from what they’re now terming “the Deadlands.”

Will they ever make it home?

Order yourself a copy today at this link:

Even if you’re not finished with the first two books, you’ll have this one ready to read—not to mention, it’s affordable.

Honestly, the more I think about it, my readers could literally buy the whole Magic’s Time Split series for under $24—excluding tax. Wow, am I getting jipped? I don’t know. I didn’t even think about that. All those weeks of writing and rewriting…you better enjoy this! Haha

Actually, I hope you do enjoy this series. It was fun creating and exploring.
